We just got this advice from another happy person/ friend now that made our day. We helped him to service his Blue Heaven reel by arranging to have it cleaned up in Japan although it was not purchased from us. Then off he went for his fishing trip and this is what he said......"The Studio Ocean Mark reel works great as you can see - Thanks again for your wonderful service."
