This is triple Brie which is not easy to find in Singapore
if you are Sydney, its worth to consider bringing back dairy products. Its
fresh and cheap too!
Okie this is not a trip to buy cheese :)
The boat was taken in Sydney and we fished outside the sea off Botany bay.
Boat trip took about 1 1/2 hrs to start fishing.
The boat is slow but the captain was very good and friendly.
We left at about 5.45am and got back to land only at about 6.45pm. He was
trying to fish all the way back and his policy was he would fish till late
if there is fish. This captain is the first I have come across who does not
look at the watch. As such, its difficult to book him.
This was landed on a owner Jig , anyone knows what is the model? anyone that got it right will win a trip to our shop hahaha
JOKING....
He also said that they land up to 200 Kingfish a day on a good day.
The good times to fish are in winter between June and September.
The biggest we landed on the day was 97cm. Only fish above 65cm can be kept.
